Viomi Portable Vacuum Thermos

Designed by Viomi, the Mi Cup thermos by Xiaomi has long been a reliable, high-performance product. Produced entirely in 360 steel (a high standard in stainless steels used in the food industry), it has a capacity of 460 or 300 milliliters depending on the model, anti-bacterial treatment, 8 layers of insulation, and an intermediate layer of copper. Between the two there is a vacuum chamber that helps to maintain the interior temperature longer. According to the manufacturer, it can reach 24 hours, although it is normal for a hot drink to go from 90º to 60º (not bad!) after 12 hours, while a cold one is more complicated, as it depends on the outside temperature.

Attention to detail

At a time when we are all more aware of the enormous amount of plastic generated daily and products that have harmful agents, such as BPA, the Mi Cup is made of acid and lime-resistant 316 steel. It is easy to open with one hand (perfect for sports) and has a silicone ring (approved for use in the food industry) that prevents leaks and losses. The mouth of the thermos is ergonomic and fits perfectly. It is just over 23 cm high and weighs about 500 grams. Available in three colors: white, black, and gray.

The only problem we found is that it does not have any kind of grip for attaching to backpacks or bags.

It is available in two sizes depending on the capacity you need. Obviously, it does not keep the same temperature all day long, but it is very safe to carry as you have to press a button to open it.
