This is the first laptop from the Chinese sub-brand Redmi, nothing more and nothing less than the RedmiBook14. A very affordable device with different versions of memory and with a 14-inch Full HD IPS display with a front utilization of 81%. It is made of metal with a very premium look and very good dimensions of 323 x 228 x 17.95 millimeters for a total weight of 1.5 kg.
We can choose between two processors: the Intel Core i5-8265U or the Intel Core i7-8565U. Both would carry the same graphics card, the Nvidia GeForce MX250 with 2GB memory. The RAM memory allows no choice, we will have a single version of 8GB, while in terms of storage we can choose between 256 or 512GB on an SSD disk.
Thanks to its 46W battery, an autonomy of 10 hours of real work is achieved. If we talk about more specifications, we will highlight its 3W sound system compatible with DTS, its wireless connectivity with WiFi Dual Band and Bluetooth 5.0 plus 2 USB 3.0 ports, a USB 2.0 port, HDMI, and a mini 3.5mm headphone jack. To conclude, we will mention that the RedmiBook14 is compatible with Smart Unlock 2.0 technology and incorporates the tenth Windows operating system.
